Does it cost anything to use?

No. The configurator is free and needs no account. It produces a quote request rather than an order.

Can I upload my own logo or design?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG and position, scale and rotate it live on the 3D paddle face. Vector files can be attached to the RFQ for production.

Is the price shown the final price?

No. It is an estimated reference quote for budgeting. Final pricing is confirmed after requirement review, artwork check and sampling.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Typically 500 units per design, and 300 on an existing mold with an approved design.

Can I change the grip?

Yes. Four grip styles are available and each one is swapped onto the 3D model so you can see it before ordering.
